Flushing water pipes on a poultry farm is crucial for maintaining a healthy environment and preventing the spread of diseases among birds. Here's a step-by-step process to guide you through the proper use of CID 2000 when flushing water pipes:

1. Flush the System:
• Before applying CID 2000, flush the water system to remove any debris or organic matter to ensure that it can reach all surfaces and be more effective.

2. Prepare the Solution:
Mix 400mls of CID 2000 in 20litres of water. Use clean, non-contaminated water for dilution.

3. Protect Yourself:
•Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and safety goggles, to protect yourself from the disinfectant.

4. Apply CID 2000:
Use a pump or other appropriate equipment to circulate the solution through the water pipes.

5. Allow Contact Time:
Follow the recommended contact time of about 2 to 5hours to effectively kill pathogens.
