This gas brooder is of choice for many poultry farmers in Uganda and Africa at large. When there is no need for heat, the brooder attendant should keep the burner operating on the lowest setting. This therefore makes it very economic to run in saving propane and labour costs. The brooder gas heater will operate with or without the air filters. But always use them in a dusty environment.
